Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully:

Booking Fee

• A non-refundable deposit of €350 is required to secure your spot on the retreat. This deposit is transferable but not refundable.

Refund Schedule

• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date:
  You will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the €350 deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date:
  No refunds will be provided.

Transfer Policy

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval from the retreat organizers. Any additional costs incurred during the transfer will be the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation by Organizers

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by Rasa Yoga Retreats due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. However, we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as flights or travel expenses.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events, such as illness, travel delays, or other emergencies. This will help safeguard your investment in the retreat.
