Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of €350 is required at the time of booking to secure your place. This deposit is transferrable but not refundable.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than August 20th, 2025. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
1.3 If the balance is not received by the due date, your booking may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations made by the participant:

• Before 90 days of the retreat start date: Full refund of payments made (excluding the €350 deposit).

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds provided.

2.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, Rasa Yoga Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

3. Transfers and Substitutions

3.1 If you are unable to attend, your booking is transferrable to another participant provided prior approval is given by Rasa Yoga Retreats.
3.2 Transfers must be communicated at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

4. Retreat Inclusions

4.1 The retreat fee includes:

• Accommodation for 5 nights.

• Daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

• Daily yoga and meditation sessions.

• Group activities: Boat trip, vineyard visit with wine tasting.

• One complimentary relaxing massage.

4.2 The retreat fee does not include:

• Airfare to and from Portugal.

• Airport transfers and local transportation during the retreat.

• Additional activities or services not specified in the retreat itinerary.

• Travel insurance or personal expenses.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Participants are required to have travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Rasa Yoga Retreats is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Participants are responsible for informing Rasa Yoga Retreats of any pre-existing medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies prior to the retreat.
6.2 While all precautions are taken to ensure safety, participation in yoga classes, excursions, and other activities is at the participant's own risk.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and harmoniously with other guests, staff, and the local community.
7.2 Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without a refund.

8. Liability

8.1 Rasa Yoga Retreats and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the retreat.

9. Photography and Media

9.1 By attending the retreat, participants consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the team in writing before the retreat.

10. Amendments

10.1 Rasa Yoga Retreats reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary, inclusions, or terms and conditions if necessary due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
